Shipping charges

All charges are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number provided via email/SMS. You can also view your orders in the My Orders section of your account.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ateliernoir.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photographs of any damage.
